The 2nd International Coaching Conference, hosted by the ICF Colombo Chapter, offered a timely and powerful platform to explore how coaching can place humanity at the heart of progress.
This immersive experience equipped the audience with future-ready coaching insights, deepening their understanding of what it means to connect with themselves, with teams as well as communities in a more empathetic and meaningful way.
Humanity 5.0 is not just a theme, it’s a call to reimagine the future through the lens of human potential. We co-created a world where coaching empowers individuals, strengthens communities, and ensures that in a tech-led future, it is humanity that leads the way.

A night of timeless elegance!
The conference welcomed renowned international and Sri Lankan speakers, master coaches, leadership thinkers and change makers. Attendees experienced an immersive forum of keynotes, interactive panels, and experience-led learning pods designed to reimagine the role of coaching in shaping individuals, teams, and communities in a tech-centric world.
Headlining the conference was the phenomenal Soul Sounds Choir by Soundarie David renowned for their electrifying live performances and captivating melodies. We also worked with dancers and saxophonists to provide entertainment on both days. Their infectious energy and extensive repertoire had fellow delegates energised throughout the conference.
We managed all aspects of logistics from building stages,producing backdrops, organising registration, working with volunteers for seamless ushering, working with the hotel so that ICF team can relax and enjoy their conference as much as we did putting it together.
As the ICF Colombo Chapter, we are honoured to host Humanity 5.0 and place Sri Lanka on the global coaching stage. This conference embodies our vision of coaching as a driver of human-centred progress where technology advances without losing our essence of connection, compassion, and community. Through this platform, our Chapter reaffirms its role in shaping a future that is both innovative and deeply human.
